1 Apr 2014Yep! Just too true! 😀 That 2nd Workspace pic looked like my desk in the 80’s! 😀 And I have slept at the office several times over the decades. 🙂
I started an IT security company in ’99. By 2005, we had 6 directors and a large staff, and I was working 16-18 hour days. In 2007, I had a complete breakdown.
It’s taken me until now to get back on my feet, and what am I doing? Starting a new business! 😉 😀
Moral: Some people NEVER learn! 😉 LOL
But I have learned, and the way most people end up learning, the hard way. My pace is much slower, and will continue. If the workload get’s too much, I’ll decide what to do (and I have several contingencies).
“Work smarter, not harder!”. It’s one of those saying we all hear, but until I crashed and burned, i never really applied it to myself. Now I do! 🙂
